Nutrition tools

The DH way, in your pocket: read the questionnaire, set the numbers, find the leak, write the Assessment.

These four tools follow the Coaching Arc — Assess → Prioritise → Coach → Review → Adjust. Use them with the Nutrition course in the Mentorship Hub Academy (15 chapters, three parts). Everything here is a starting estimate and a menu of directions: you pick the Primary for the person in front of you.

🩺
Nutrition Playbook
Load a client's pre-assessment symptom scores (A–Q) and get the nutrition directions per section — food first, structure & timing, protocols, supplements, lifestyle, when to refer. Build a P/S/T/Not-Yet plan.
⚖️
Prescription Calculator
Maintenance three ways, target calories by goal, protein / fat / carbs in grams and hand portions, water and step floors — with a client-ready summary to copy.
🔍
Stall Troubleshooter
“It's a leak, not a broken engine.” Reads the client's weekly check-ins, pre-answers the six leaks with the evidence, ranks them — then the next action and the words to say.
📝
Assessment Report Builder
Turn a 2-week food-log baseline into the branded 3-page client Assessment (EN / FR / NL headings) — what works, the numbers, two levers, the 2-week plan. Print to PDF.

How the tools fit the Coaching Arc

1Assess

Pre-assessment + symptom screen → Playbook. In-person Assessment + InBody → Calculator.

2Prioritise

Run the high sections and the numbers through the four lenses. One Primary. Name the Not Yet.

3Coach

Co-create the action, score confidence, log it as a Recommendation on the client's page.

4Review

Weekly check-in trends → Stall Troubleshooter when the trend stops. 2-week log → Report Builder.

5Adjust

One nudge at a time. Thermostat, not light switch. Re-run the tools with the new data.

Scope reminder: coaches read patterns and coach the pillars. Bloods and questionnaires are context, not diagnosis. Anything beyond the basics — Dan signs off. Red flags — refer.
