Log a client's referral, follow it from first contact to signed package, and see what it earns — €100 assessment credit for the new client, €250 for the coach, a gift for the client who referred.

1 · Who can be referred
Anyone new to DH — no current or past client record, no previous assessment. Your client refers a friend, colleague or family member; you log it here on their behalf. We need the person's first and last name plus an email or phone number.
2 · What the new person gets
A priority assessment. If they sign a package within 60 days of completing it, the €100 assessment fee is credited in full against that first package.
3 · What your client gets
A gift — an exclusive numbered item, handed over once the person they referred signs. The portal flags it as "gift due"; Jen and Dan take care of delivery.
4 · What you get
€250, paid once, when the referred person signs a package. It goes to the referring client's primary coach — the person who built the relationship — not necessarily whoever typed the referral in. Jen adds it to the monthly payout list; you put it on your next invoice. It also counts toward your initiative KPIs.
5 · The journey

Move the referral along with the buttons on each card. If nothing is booked within 90 days it expires automatically — the attribution stays yours, and Dan can reactivate it.
6 · Coach conversions
Moved someone from the DH Method Class or from physio into PT yourself? That's a coach conversion — log it here with "Coach conversion" ticked. The rules, in one breath:
Who counts: a class member or physio patient who has never had PT with DH. Who gets the bonus: the coach who did the converting — the one who logs it (not the class or physio coach, not the client's future primary coach). What it pays: the same €250, once, at Package signed; no assessment credit, no gift, because there is no referring client. When to log it: as soon as the person says yes to an assessment — before it, not after, so the attribution is yours from day one. Limit: one bonus per person, ever — the portal checks email and phone against every referral and conversion, so someone already referred can't also be "converted" later. Group → PT and physio → PT both count; use "Other" for anything else and say what in the notes.
7 · Fair play
First submission wins. The portal checks email and phone against every client and every referral, so the same person can't be referred twice and can't be re-referred later for a second bonus. One bonus per new client, ever.
The best referrals come from a client who has just had a win — a re-assessment with visible progress, a PB, a compliment from their doctor. That's the moment to say: "Is there someone in your life who should be doing this too?"
